Returns and exchanges
- Request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, less shipping.
How to request a return
- Email info@kimlefebvredesigns.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for return authorization and the return address before sending your parcel.
- Use an insured courier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL and retain your tracking number. Kim Lefebvre Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
International returns
Before sending your parcel, ask Kim to confirm the return-shipping arrangements and any customs paperwork needed for your location.
