Need your jewellery for a particular date? Email info@kimlefebvredesigns.com before ordering with your items, delivery destination and required date. Kim can advise on current processing time, dispatch arrangements and estimated transit time. Timing can vary by destination and customs processing.
Review the currency displayed beside prices and at checkout before paying. For orders outside Canada, ask Kim to confirm how any import duties, taxes or carrier fees are handled for your destination. A shipping charge does not necessarily include import charges.
For help locating a parcel or checking dispatch details, contact Kim with your order number and delivery postcode. If a parcel appears damaged, retain the packaging and send photographs with your message so we can help investigate.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receipt. Read the return instructions and obtain authorization before sending jewellery back.
